What is Jaap?
Jaap (जाप) is the meditative repetition of a mantra or divine name. It is one of the most powerful spiritual practices described in the Bhagavad Gita. In Chapter 10, Verse 25, Lord Krishna says: "यज्ञानां जपयज्ञोऽस्मि" — "Of all sacrifices, I am Japa."
