• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App.

• Redistribute the App or its content through unauthorized channels.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Ancient Text

The original Sanskrit text of the Bhagavad Gita is an ancient scripture and is in the public domain. No individual or organization holds copyright over the original verses composed by Vyasa.

2.2 Proprietary Content

The following elements are the proprietary intellectual property of iCube Tech Services and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws:

• The App's source code, user interface design, and visual assets.
• Original translations, commentary, and editorial content created by or commissioned by us.
• Audio recordings of verse recitations.
• The Bhagavad Gita App brand, logo, and associated trademarks.
• Website design, layout, and graphics.

You may share individual verses (including translations) for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution to the Bhagavad Gita App. Bulk reproduction or commercial use of our proprietary content requires prior written permission.

2.3 User Content

Any bookmarks, notes, or reading preferences you create within the App are stored locally on your device and remain yours.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we strive for accuracy in our translations and content, the Bhagavad Gita has been interpreted by countless scholars across millennia. We do not warrant that any particular translation or commentary represents the sole authoritative interpretation of the text. Users are encouraged to study multiple sources and consult qualified teachers for deeper understanding.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iCube Tech Services and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App or Website.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content.
• Unauthorized access to or use of your device data.
• Any interruption or cessation of the App or Website.

5. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and iCube Tech Services, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
• Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple or Google for a refund (if applicable); beyond that, Apple and Google have no other warranty obligation.
• Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing any claims related to the App.
• Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

6. Content Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of Sanskrit verses, transliterations, translations, and word-by-word meanings. However, given the depth and complexity of the Bhagavad Gita, minor errors may exist. If you notice any inaccuracy, we welcome your feedback at support@bhagavadgita.com.in.

The content provided in the App and Website is for informational and spiritual purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice of any kind.

7. Availability and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or Website (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also release updates to the App that add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Termination
